AltStar Awards ceremony and red carpet, including open bar, are at Swan Dive in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at 1301 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89104. AltStar Expo is at The Plaza Hotel and Casino at 1 Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (Booking open now to reserve your group rate stay!) The two venues are a little over a mile apart and we will have a party bus to take VIPs between the two locations, plus rideshare and cabs are plentiful in Las Vegas.

Industry VIP tickets are available only to community companies, creators, producers, makers, affiliates, webmasters, makeup artists, photographers, directors, stylists, etc. and their plus ones and are FREE for NOMINEES, past year nominees, and press, so, if you are nominated or a journalist, please contact us for a code to get this ticket type, along with an optional plus one. General Admission Community Appreciation Day tickets and AltStar Expo & Awards VIP tickets are open to all. Please note, due to local regulations, all events are 21+. AltStar has been doing press coverage celebrating alt creativity for well over two decades and started giving the AltStar Awards to honor excellence in alt work produced in 2010. Nominees and winners are selected based on a combination of votes from the judges panel of editorial and writing staff and suggestions from fans, models, and producers. In addition to the annual star-packed event, AltStar produces AltStar magazine.
