This attraction uses strobe lights, fog, moving floors, angled floors and rooms, pitch darkness, strong smells, tight spaces, intense audio, lighting, and other special effects. This attraction may be too intense for children or those easily offended. Your participation is purely voluntary and you elect to participate in spite of these risks. Purchasing a ticket is considered acknowledgment of these warnings, as well as the assumption of any and all risks associated with entering this attraction, and waives your right to maintain any lawsuits.

By entering Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions, you understand and agree that you may be filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded. You hereby grant Haunted Hills Inc. the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any and all promotional materials, advertising, and media, without compensation.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the attraction or on the property, including parking areas.

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, if you are unable to attend on the night for which you purchased your ticket, you may use it on any other night of the same season. Please be advised that any tickets not used during the season for which that ticket was purchased will not be refunded due to non-use.

Inclement Weather Disclaimer – In the event of inclement weather, Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions will make every effort to continue to operate. However, some attractions, games, and vendors may have to close early. Intact and unused wristbands will remain valid for the remainder of the season.
