2026 PASSPORT PROGRAM PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
This Participation Agreement is entered into by and between Little Black Cat Corp (DBA Indiana Trail of Fear) and the participating haunted attraction listed below for inclusion in the 2026 Indiana Trail of Fear Passport Program.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish participation in a cooperative marketing program designed to increase guest attendance, encourage multi-haunt visitation, and promote Indiana haunted attractions as a unified seasonal experience.

Refund Policy:
No refunds or returns.
Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
