Refund Policy:

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded, except in specific circumstances (see below) • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is permitted if requested 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Tours may be cancelled due to severe or emergency weather conditions (e.g., tornado warnings, flooding, extreme storms) at the discretion of Infamous Indy Tours LLC. In such cases, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that our tours require a minimum of 6 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
