Between retreat sessions and seaside views, we’ll also enjoy the lively Clearwater Beach nightlife right outside our resort, making this a perfect blend of inspiration, relaxation, and fun - reminding us all that there is room for every woman to rise.

Accommodations

Guests are required to provide a valid credit card for a security deposit and a government-issued ID at check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at check-in, or a completed credit card authorization form must be provided. The hotel costs for incidental charges incurred.

Tentative Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome

Arrive in beautiful Clearwater Beach and check in at CW Hotel Clearwater Beach just steps from the sand. That evening, we’ll kick off the retreat with a Welcome Meet & Greet Reception, giving everyone an opportunity to connect, mingle, and start building sisterhood with fellow attendees.

Day 2 – Leadership & Celebration

Start the day with retreat sessions and leadership discussions designed to inspire growth, connection, and meaningful conversation among women. Reward yourself with a relaxing massage*. In the evening, guests will board a beautiful yacht for the Power in Pink Sunset Dinner Cruise (Optional), departing at 6:30 PM.

Day 3 – Farewell & Departure
