Enjoy your trip through the planets, then join everyone at the Mar's Bar (located on the 9th hole) for Pizza, Beverages, Antics, and Social time with all your North Polish friends.

All Santas, Mrs. Clauses, Elves, and Holiday Characters are welcome to participate in the parade (free). If you are joining us for the first time, Holiday Attire is required to participate in the Parade and Group Photo. All post-parade activities require a for-purchase Santa Day Ticket (Santa Day Wristband).
10:30-11:30 Santa, Mrs. Clauses, Elves & All Holiday Characters: Parade around the Square - Parade (water will be provided for the walk) starting at the Castle and proceeding to the square. we will pause for a group photo and Sing-along. Please stick around to greet and interact with the children on Medina square. Tell a story, take photos, do a magic trick. Keep it short. If you are joining us for the first time, Holiday Attire is required to participate in the Parade and Group Photo.
In honor of Armed Forces Day, please take a moment to acknowledge our actively serving Military members and Veteran Santa's. Please Support our Veteran Charity. We are requesting new underwear donations for our At-risk Veteran community.
The Farmer’s Market will be going on during our time on the square.
Wear your Red Santa suit or your workshop suit. We want you to be comfortable. Either way, please bring your red Santa hat for the group photo. We are working on a small transport van for Santa's & Mrs Klaus' who need mobility assistance.
Then, everyone returns to Castle Noel for the afternoon lunch & social.

Walk through the gift shop to enter the Outdoor Castle Noel Gardens Patio
Pre-purchased wristband is required to enter the Garden Patio.
12:00-1:00 Santa Day Lunch & Social, adults only.
1:00-2:00 Mark Klaus, creator, builder, jolly ole man of Castle Noel will do a Special Santa Day private showcase to present a new acquisition.

Your Santa Day Package also includes 1 Commemorative Photo. Take a moment to visit Klaus Mountain and take a commemorative photo. You may select 1 photo from Santa Mountain or Riding down the Slide.

We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2025. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2025. For tours in November & December we will reschedule tours for January - September 2025. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. DONATIONS to "The Promise of Christmas" are donations to a non-profit Hurricane Relief Event. These are donations to Hurricane Survivors. Donations are NOT tickets and they do not provide access to Castle Noel, Mark Klaus Attractions, or The Promise of Christmas events. •SANTA DAY for Santa's and Mrs. Klaus' ONLY: A full refund two weeks before reservation date. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
