Come and visit The Vogel Victorian in all her splendor!

Guests will be welcomed into the 128 year old historic landmark and taken on a journey throughout each room of the Manor. The Thomas House, respectfully nicknamed The Vogel Victorian by its current owners, Dan & Diana Vogel, is a gem of a property located in the French Park neighborhood of Santa Ana, Ca. This beautiful estate is dawned as a Key property in the historic registry. The Victorian was also featured in the 2025 edition of Better Home & Gardens!!!

In addition to the tour, guests will be invited to peruse through the antique market place pop-up. Vendors have gathered to sell a variety of products such as antique and vintage home items, leather goods, vintage clothing, thoughtfully curated candles and bath scrub. Coffee, food vendors and bakers will also be onsite to quench your thirst and fill your belly. Additionally, our market place will be triple the size of years passed, with the closing of Spurgeon street in front of our property!

**Children under 10 are free with paid adult.

The funds raised from the tours go directly towards preservation projects throughout the property such as:

Repairing the back steps and entry way from damage done by corrosion and rain

Adding the railing on the exterior of the second floor to replicate original design

Adding finials to peaks of roof to replicate original design

Restoring pulling system windows throughout property

Restoring hardware on doors

Replacing builder grade doors with solid wood to match originals

Replacing front, back and exterior second floor door (Per guidelines of the Mills Acts) to reflect period appropriateness. Current doors are from the 70's
